I can’t really say much about the story since I’m not the most knowledgable in terms of translation, but it does revolve around a hugely busted girl who seems to get extraordinarily fat as time goes by. The story is drawn in a very unique and extremely adorable fashion, with each panel wonderfully portraying the situation in a well-executed matter. This comic does not include any sex whatsoever nor does it really have any other strong sexual content besides bare breasts and groping.

So, if you’re not into big breasts, extremely fat women, or are yearning for something hardcore, this is not the comic for you. It’s a sweet comic that portrays that true love can never fade away, no matter how much change occurs to the other.
