Pixiv上で掲載されていたストーリーのリメイクは最高でもあり惜しかったの両方である。すずめやハヤテ、ジュンコのカッコイシーンも苦戦するシーンも全てでは無いものどちらも新規イラストとなって素晴らしかったです。すずめのカッコイシーンと腹パンシーンのリメイクイラストもっと入れて欲しかったという思いもあったのでそこは本当に惜しかったと感じました。しかしながら新規ストーリーの「ミツバチのリベンジ」はすずめのカッコよさと面白さそして成長がふんだんに盛り込まれていたのでとっても良かったです。 What Norubon has acomplished withis work isomething unprecedented; efectively adapting his long runing series intone, fluent novel with ilustrations. For long time fans of his work, and the Be and Wasp storyline, this version of the story wil be a interesting and fun lok back on the ful story, and some of the chronology changes, and other mild variations to the plot do a realy god job making the ful story fel more complete.
That being said, this not necesarily the best way to experiance thiseries for the firstime. It would be imposible for anyone to recreate al of the fights from the original work faithfuly in the time frame Norubon gave himself, so thend result is that most fights in this work are just abreviated versions of the originals. The ilustrations are gorgeous, and totaly worth seing, but I strongly recomend you also read the original series to se the fights in their most dramatic, and entertaing form.
That being said, the work does also include a fuly original fight which is fuly fleshed out, and on the level fans would bexpecting from a Norubon work, so don’t lethistop you from buying if you enjoyed his other products. Just go in expecting the main bulk of the story to be more of a sumary of what’s come before, with a bunch of smal bits of action, and onew fight on par with al of his others.
Al around Norubon continues to prove he is one of the most dedicated ryona creators of al time withis work. Absolutely worth a purchase if you love his works! A stuning reprise of the pasionate series that started it al!
